Graphics Production Supervisor (Digital Printing)

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading sign shop in Holly Springs recruit a Graphics Production Supervisor with digital printing experience to lead a small digital printing and graphics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital print production experience, leadership ability, and a sharp eye for quality and organization.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure production runs smoothly, and support a team of 3 employees while maintaining high standards for output, efficiency, and turnaround times. This is a direct hire opportunity working on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities within the graphics/print department to ensure deadlines are met
• Supervise, support, and develop a team of 3 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Manage workflow, prioritize jobs, and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency and output quality
• Oversee equipment usage, troubleshooting, and coordination of maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital printing, graphics production, or prepress operations
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with design/prepress software (Adobe Suite preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check
