- Skilled Graphic Designer in creating effective solutions with strong command of layout, typography, iconography, and information architecture with extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid programs(healthcare trends and health insurance).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), including master pages, styles, grids, linked assets, and efficient file management.
- Strong prepress and file preparation knowledge: proper setup for print and digital, color modes, resolution requirements, and packaging files correctly for vendors.
- Exceptional attention to detail - serves as final quality-control checkpoint to maintain brand standards, alignment, and accuracy.
- Comfortable with high-volume versioning, asset management, naming conventions, and organized file systems within established workflows.
- Works efficiently within templates and brand systems, managing tight deadlines and delivering production-ready files with minimal oversight.
- Experience designing multichannel campaigns (No ADD Campaigns at all) and marketing collateral (brochures, booklets, flyers, presentations, corporate identity, etc.) with working knowledge of ADA and 508 accessibility standards (WCAG).
Mandatory: Need to have/own a Mac Device to work and also need Work Samples (personal URL Link or Independent Multi Page Document)

The Graphic Designer is skilled in the creation of effective marketing, advertising and communications solutions with an excellent command of layout, typography, iconography, and information architecture. The designer helps concept and create a variety of multi-channel campaigns, print and digital marketing collateral including brochures, booklets, flyers, presentations, corporate identity and other communications materials.

1. Strong Prepress and File Preparation Knowledge: Must understand proper file setup for print and digital, including bleeds, trim, color modes (CMYK/RGB/spot), resolution requirements, and exporting/packaging files correctly for vendors.
2. Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Deep working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop - including master pages, paragraph/character styles, grids, linked assets, smart objects, and efficient file management.
3. Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to catch inconsistencies, maintain strict brand standards, ensure alignment/spacing accuracy, and serve as the final quality-control checkpoint before files are released.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications Design or related
Experience: 3 years with a portfolio or work examples that demonstrates a proficiency in creating compelling marketing communications for a wide variety of media and audiences
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a marketing department, in-house creative team or advertising agency.
Experience designing for healthcare and/or government-regulated products, services, and industries.
Health insurance experience with a good understanding of health care trends.
Understanding of ADA and 508 accessibility standards with the ability to create content that meets WC3 requirements.
