Graphic Designer

An industry-leading national manufacturer based in Pittsburgh is looking for a dedicated and talented Creative Visual Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role requires in-office presence for 40 hours a week, providing visibility and interaction with top executives and C-Suite leaders. You'll be responsible for developing compelling visual content across multiple formats, including digital media, print ads, brochures, trade show displays, and catalogs. As we support diverse business units under our corporate umbrella, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency while adapting designs to meet the unique requirements of each division.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; Associate degree will also be considered.
- Submission of a comprehensive and creative portfolio is necessary.

Essential Knowledge and Competencies:
- Demonstrable conceptual and creative talent through a robust portfolio.
- Eager to stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.
- Expertise in creating attractive graphics with a keen sense of layout, color, and typography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, project management, and collaboration within team environments.
- Highly self-motivated, with a knack for delivering on time and without compromising quality.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of social media brand management and strategies.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and adapting rapidly to new challenges.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of social media content in collaboration with sales, ensuring brand alignment.
- Periodic updating of website content.
- Occasional travel may be required to various U.S. locations.
