Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support BEDGEAR’s brand identity, marketing initiatives, and retail experience, with a primary focus on print-based design. This role translates business and marketing objectives into cohesive visual concepts across packaging, marketing collateral, in-store graphics, and trade show environments.
Working closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams, the Graphic Designer will develop visually compelling materials that strengthen brand storytelling while maintaining consistency with BEDGEAR’s brand standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical design skills, and an understanding of print production processes to ensure all materials are accurate, impactful, and ready for production.
Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
Develop print-focused graphic design solutions across customer touchpoints including packaging, marketing collateral, retail signage, and promotional materials.
Design in-store graphics, signage, and point-of-purchase displays that highlight product performance and enhance the retail experience.
Create packaging, hangtags, labels, and product support materials aligned with brand standards and retail requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to support the design of trade show booths, event materials, and branded environments.
Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure designs meet production specifications, including color accuracy, file preparation, and print vendor requirements.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency.
Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions that support BEDGEAR’s brand storytelling and performance-driven identity.
Stay informed on design trends, print technologies, and production techniques to help elevate the brand’s visual presentation.
Support additional creative initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Skills:
Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office (Mac or PC platforms).
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Willingness to learn and utilize emerging AI-supported design tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition while maintaining brand consistency.
Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and file preparation for manufacturing and retail graphics.
Familiarity with retail environments, visual merchandising, and trade show graphics.
Strong portfolio showcasing print-focused design work, including packaging, retail graphics, marketing collateral, or brand materials.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or performance/lifestyle brands.
