Top 3 Must‑Have Hard Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- 2+ years of professional design experience (presentation or template creation strongly preferred)
- Comfort with modern AI tools/platforms, including image‑generation prompts; ability to consistently produce templates
This team creates high‑quality PowerPoint templates, slides, and visual systems that support and guide the AI model’s visual output. The work blends creativity, speed, scalability, and brand/accessibility compliance.
Key Projects
You’ll help shape how the AI evolves visually by building assets, frameworks, and standards that influence its output clarity, creativity, and quality. Work is collaborative with design leads, innovators, and cross‑functional partners.
Responsibilities- Design and develop PowerPoint templates, slide layouts, and visual components
- Produce polished, on‑brand designs balancing clarity, accessibility, and functionality
- Support experimental/AI‑driven projects through asset creation
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across visual design
- Deliver high‑volume, high‑quality design with fast turnaround
- Experience creating custom PowerPoint templates
- Strong PowerPoint presentation design experience
- Hands‑on template creation (not UX/product/web/motion-only designers)
- Familiar with modern AI creative tools
- Comfortable designing within PowerPoint’s constraints
- Portfolio required
- Timing: ASAP

- Candidate Preparation: Portfolio must be prepared prior to assessment

- Ability to turn concepts into high‑quality visuals
- Comfortable exploring wide stylistic ranges
- Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools
- Adaptable, fast‑learning, flexible with evolving guidelines
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years of professional design experience
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Portfolio demonstrating strong multi‑page and PowerPoint design judgment
- Comfortable with AI image‑generation prompts
- Knowledge of accessibility + ability to design clear charts/tables
- Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly
- Comfortable in experimental environments
