What You’ll Do
- Manage financial reporting for government and private grants
- Track grant budgets, expenditures, and allowable costs
- Prepare and submit grant invoices, reimbursement requests, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with grant agreements, funding guidelines, and audit requirements
- Reconcile grant accounts and support month-end and year-end close
- Assist with grant-related audits and provide required documentation
- Partner with program managers to monitor grant spending and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of grant accounting or nonprofit accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of grant compliance and restricted funds
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple grants
