Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for golf course grounds, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tee boxes, fairways, and greens
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of golf course equipment and amenities
- Implement pest control and irrigation programs
- Collaborate with the golf course superintendent and team to execute maintenance plans
- Conduct routine inspections and report any hazards or issues
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
