Global Operations Finance Manager

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving financial performance, operational insight, and accounting integrity across global operations. You will lead accounting and finance teams that support worldwide operational objectives, serving as a strategic partner to Operations leadership while ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering accurate reporting, guiding capital allocation decisions, managing forecasting and budgeting processes, and strengthening financial performance across business segments. This role offers strong exposure to global leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives as the organization continues optimizing its operational footprint.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead global operations finance teams in support of business objectives and financial performance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Prepare and present monthly financial results, analysis reports, and performance metrics for management.
• Oversee quarterly consolidations of forecasts and budgets supporting global operations.
• Develop, maintain, and manage operating budgets and financial forecasts.
• Drive capital allocation analysis and support appropriation requests for capital projects and strategic investments.
• Partner with Operations leadership to measure, analyze, and improve profitability through pricing, cost efficiency, and performance initiatives.
• Manage the monthly close process for assigned business segments, including account reconciliations and review of financial reporting packages in compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, applicable international financial regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Oversee business systems administration and maintain accurate process narratives and internal control documentation.
• Partner with Internal Audit to support audits and validate control effectiveness.
• Champion Continuous Improvement Management Systems (CIMS) initiatives and leverage digital technology tools to enhance process efficiency and elevate analytical insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects to implement standard practices and achieve business objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top finance talent while promoting a high-performance, People First culture.
• Travel up to 10% to support global alignment and partnership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• 6+ years of progressive experience in costing/accounting, finance, or supply chain finance.
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and cost structures.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial regulatory requirements (including international considerations).
• Experience managing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into operational insights.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and other business leaders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and digital enablement.
