Global Manager Frieght Audit and Payment

- Lead the performance and continuous improvement of global freight audit and payment programs
- Develop scalable internal and external processes supporting freight payment accuracy and speed
- Manage third party freight audit providers and ensure accountability to service standards
- Partner with internal teams and regional finance groups to ensure timely invoice payment and month end close alignment
- Build cost models to determine appropriate intercompany fee structures
- Create and maintain global transportation budgets and performance reporting
- Work with organizational leadership to assess needs, define strategy, and drive implementation of global freight payment processes
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor and improve operational performance
- Lead process improvement reviews and deliver automation or enhancement projects on schedule
- Maintain strong relationships with external freight audit partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, audit, logistics, transportation finance, or a related field
- Project management experience
- Strong problem solving abilities and comfort communicating across multiple functional areas
- Understanding of freight audit systems and transportation management systems
- Strong attention to detail with large datasets
- Experience with and system savvy with analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud)
- Advanced presentation and project management capabilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
