Systems Analyst 3 (GitHub Administrator)

Location: Austin, TX 78751

Type: 3+ months

Responsibilities:

• Govern, secure, and ensure compliance of GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server).
• Enable DevSecOps practices, audit readiness, and CI/CD standardization.
• Perform business analysis, cost/benefit studies, and system capability reviews.
• Document user needs, program functions, and workflow steps.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Manage RBAC, SAML/SSO, branch protection, and GitHub Actions automation.
• Conduct audit logging, compliance reporting, and access reviews.
• Implement GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning).
• Provide technical enablement sessions and developer guides.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years Git‑based version control administration.
• 8+ years managing GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server).
• Expertise in RBAC, SAML/SSO, branch protection.
• Proficiency in GitHub Actions, YAML workflows, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, audit logging, compliance reporting.
• GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning).

Preferred:

• 4+ years Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Policy‑as‑code implementations.
• Documentation of governance standards.
• Leading technical enablement sessions.
