The Surveying and Geomatics Business Unit is seeking a Project Coordinator in Bellevue, WA.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties, including general office tasks in a fast-paced professional consulting firm. Duties include the following:
What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
Preparing project contracts, set-ups, subsequent change orders, and project closeout;
Preparing subconsultant and vendor agreements and subsequent change orders;
Preparing and reviewing project invoices and progress reports;
Reviewing project subconsultant invoices and monitoring subconsultant budgets;
Setting up electronic project folders and overseeing the maintenance of project files;
Assisting Project Managers with organizing and managing project budgets, and preparing project financial and labor reports;
Assisting with the scheduling of project meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes;
Corresponding with clients and subconsultants;
Formatting and performing quality reviews of large and small documents such as technical reports, letters, memos, minutes, etc.;
Assisting with the distribution of deliverables to the client and local agencies;
Provide general administrative support for the Survey and Geomatics business unit.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Minimum five years of experience in office and project administration;
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Strong skills in SAP Ariba software;
Experience with project contracts and invoicing as well as general accounting practices such as Accounts payable/Accounts receivable (AP/AR);
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proof-reading and editing;
Customer service, or quality control experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project related experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm;
Additional software skills in Adobe Creative Suite software, PowerPoint, and MS Project;
Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) software experience a bonus;
Graphics/design/marketing experience a bonus.

Potential salary range: $39.00/hr - $49.00/hr
