General Production - Counter Top Division - 2nd Shift

Duties may include, but not limited to:

Load and unload items from machines, conveyors and conveyances.

Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.

Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.

Remove products or waste materials from conveyors.

Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually.

Inspect the countertops by checking for delam, cracking, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose build down.

Inform line coordinator of hot tops/reruns and bad tops

Perform 5S checklist

Lift, carry and move countertops

Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plant and warehouses, by hand or powered lift trucks.

Pack and store laminate countertops

Mark or tag identification on parts.

Tie products in bundles for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.

Clean work areas.

Break up defective products for reprocessing.
