Salary Range: $132,000 - $183,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budget, and capital expenditures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics for efficient material flow.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Track record of developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational targets.
• Expertise in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• International manufacturing experience, particularly with global supply chains.
• Proficiency with specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
