Location: Tallahassee, FL Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do

As the General Manager, you are the CEO of your restaurant. You own the culture, the guest experience, and the P&L.

• Lead the Front Lines: Drive a high-energy environment where speed-of-service and guest satisfaction are the top priorities.
• Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team. Your success is measured by the growth of your Shift Leads and Assistant Managers.
• Master the Numbers: Take full accountability for your stores P&L, focusing on labor optimization, inventory control, and waste reduction.
• Community Connection: Engage with the Tallahassee community, ensuring we remain the go-to spot for locals, students, and travelers alike.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a "gold standard" facility—clean, safe, and always ready for an audit.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual setting.
• The "Hustle" Factor: You thrive under pressure and lead by example. You aren't afraid to jump on the line or the window during a rush.
• Financial Savvy: A strong understanding of restaurant financials and the ability to hit aggressive COGS and labor targets.
• Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold a large team accountable.
• Local Insight: Familiarity with the Tallahassee market and its unique seasonal peaks is a major plus.
