General Manager

Starting Salary: $55,000 - $57,000 per year, based on experience

The General Manager position is to lead in all aspects of the restaurant operations and consist of 9-10 hours shifts during a varied 5-6 day work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising employees in all areas of the restaurant during a shift
• Teaching and training OPS manual policies and execution of systems
• Perform all tasks and procedures to run a profitable and successful restaurant
• Responsible for maintaining budgetary goals in sales, labor, food cost, cash control and accountability
• Initiate counseling, training and disciplinary action and problem solution with crew in accordance with company policies
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate and promote personnel

Requirements:

• High School or Equivalent
