Talkin Tacos is seeking an experienced Restaurant Store Leaders to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and drive profitability. This role sets the standard for service, culture, and performance. Food Safety Manager Certification required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, hire, train, and develop FOH & BOH teams
Drive strong culture, morale, and retention
Ensure exceptional guest experience; handle issues and reviews
Oversee daily operations: scheduling, payroll, opening/closing
Maintain food safety, health compliance, and OSHA standards
Manage inventory, food costs, waste, and vendor orders
Control labor and expenses; hit financial targets
Resolve staff and operational challenges efficiently
Requirements
5+ years restaurant leadership experience
Proven financial and operational management success
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
