Base Salary: $200k - $240k + 50% Incentive

A design-forward, F&B-driven boutique hotel in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a proven General Manager to lead all aspects of operations, culture, and financial performance.

This is a high-impact leadership role at a property recognized for its sustainability-driven model, immersive guest experience, and strong connection to the local arts community. The ideal candidate brings multi-property GM experience, success in independent or lifestyle hotels, and the ability to lead both inside the hotel and out in the market.

What It Takes to Thrive Here:

3+ years as a General Manager in a full-service or lifestyle hotel environment

Experience leading independent, boutique, or design-centric properties preferred

Strong F&B acumen, with experience overseeing restaurant and bar operations as core drivers

Proven ability to manage P&L, drive revenue, and deliver sustained financial results

Demonstrated success building community relationships and representing the property externally

Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and culture

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
