The Role: What You'll Do

You are responsible for the total success of the restaurant. You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the professional growth of your team.

• Own the Morning: Master the high-stakes breakfast daypart, ensuring speed, quality, and hospitality are delivered at the highest level.
• Master the P&L: Take full accountability for food costs, labor optimization, and inventory. You'll analyze weekly data to ensure the store is running at peak profitability.
• Develop a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a local crew. Your goal is to build a deep bench of Shift Leads and Assistant Managers ready for their next promotion.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards. You set the bar for cleanliness and organization.
• Community Leadership: Proactively resolve guest feedback and ensure our neighbors in Abbeville always have a great reason to come back.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Breakfast and Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
• The "Hustle" Factor: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead from the front—you're on the floor when the rush hits.
• Financial Savvy: Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit labor and COGS targets.
