Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity

Are you a high-energy leader who knows that a great day starts with a perfect breakfast? We are seeking a General Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume restaurant for an iconic Quick-Service Brand in the Abbeville area.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in the office. We need a hands-on leader who can master the "morning rush," develop a rockstar team, and treat the business with an ownership mindset. You will have full autonomy over daily operations, from ensuring every biscuit is made to perfection to managing a P&L that drives real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring 100% compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand-specific "gold standards."
• Peak Performance: Own the morning and lunch rushes. You know how to manage a kitchen and a busy drive-thru simultaneously while keeping speed-of-service times low and quality high.
• Financial Mastery: Drive sales growth and manage the "big two" (Labor and Food Costs) to hit your P&L targets and maximize your bonus potential.
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a crew that is fast, friendly, and reliable. You are responsible for building a culture of accountability and excellence in the Abbeville community.
• Guest-First Mentality: Personally ensure every guest receives a positive experience, handling any escalations with professional "hospitality-first" problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience:2+ years of General Management experience in a high-volume restaurant (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Drive: A proven track record of meeting financial goals and improving operational metrics.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Availability: Must be willing to work 50+ hours per week, including peak periods (mornings/weekends) to ensure operational success.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
