Salary Range: $130,000 - $181,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
• Manage the facility's P&L, develop budgets, and implement cost control strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and quality management systems.
• Drive initiatives for process optimization, lean manufacturing, and technology adoption to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen.
• Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution to achieve business growth.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to global supply chains or workforces
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering Management)
