The Opportunity

As General Manager, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will work closely with our business coaches and the Founder to ensure our "Gold Standard" is met on every call.

• Operational Command: Oversee daily efficiency across management, technicians, and dispatch.

Schedule & Requirements

• Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
• Experience: Previous GM or high-level Operations Management experience in the trades is required.
• Mindset: A "buck-stops-here" attitude with a focus on solutions, not excuses.
