  • Uphold luxury boutique standards that emphasize personalized service, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction metrics; implement service enhancements across hotel and F&B operations.

Food & Beverage Leadership

  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant(s), bar/lounge, private dining, and in-room dining.
  • Drive F&B profitability through menu engineering, pricing strategy, labor optimization, purchasing controls, and inventory management.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menu quality, consistency, and alignment with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
  • Oversee service standards, training, and guest experience across all dining outlets.
  • Analyze F&B financial performance and KPIs, including food cost, beverage cost, labor, and contribution margins.
  • Collaborate on concept evolution, seasonal programming, and experiential dining initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Develop and manage the annual hotel and F&B operating budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Drive revenue performance across rooms and F&B, optimizing occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total hotel RevPOR.
  • Control expenses through disciplined labor management and cost controls across all departments.
  • Review and interpret financial statements and operating reports to identify opportunities for improved profitability.

Sales, Marketing & Market Positioning

  • Collaborate with sales, revenue management, and marketing partners to drive hotel demand and F&B traffic.
  • Support local sales efforts and cultivate relationships with corporate, social, and community partners.
  • Ensure F&B outlets are positioned as compelling, stand-alone destinations within the local market.
  • Actively participate in community engagement, events, and partnerships that elevate the hotel and restaurant profile.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing hotel and F&B leadership team.
  • Foster a service-driven culture built on accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Lead department heads through clear goals, performance expectations, and regular coaching.
  • Promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives across hotel and F&B teams.

Property, Compliance & Asset Care

  • Ensure the hotel and F&B outlets are impeccably maintained, safe, and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health department standards, fire safety, ADA requirements, and alcohol licensing.
  • Partner with ownership on renovation, refresh, and concept enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
