WHAT YOU'LL DO


- Lead all daily restaurant operations  

- Hire, train, and develop team members and leaders  

- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels  

- Control food cost, inventory, and waste  

- Ensure product quality, speed, and guest experience  

- Maintain cleanliness and brand standards  

- Drive accountability and team performance  

- Support local marketing and community engagement  


WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR


- Store-level P&L performance  

- Labor cost control  

- Food cost vs ideal  

- Team retention and development  

- Guest experience and operational execution  


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


- Proven leadership in a restaurant or similar environment  

- Strong operational and people leadership skills  

- Ability to manage high-volume shifts  

- Experience with labor, food cost, and performance management  

- A leader who takes ownership and builds strong teams  


Pizza or QSR experience is a plus, but not required for the right operator.


SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS


- Full-time leadership role  

- Approximately 45 hours per week  

- Schedule varies based on business needs
