- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, or other high-volume, guest-focused operations
- Proven track record of leading large teams (50+ employees) and developing high-performing management teams
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and managing full P&L responsibility
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financials, control costs, and make strategic operational decisions
- Experience overseeing multi-revenue stream operations (e.g., food & beverage, events, attractions, retail, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to set expectations, hold accountability, and build a strong, performance-driven culture
- Highly effective communicator—comfortable leading teams, resolving conflict, and engaging with guests and community partners
- Operationally hands-on with a “lead from the floor” mindset during peak business hours
- Strong systems and process orientation with experience implementing structure, improving efficiency, and scaling operations
- Experience with scheduling, labor optimization, inventory control, and POS/reporting systems
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
- High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume venue ($5M+ annual revenue preferred)
- Background in family entertainment centers, bowling centers, or multi-attraction venues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field

- Oversee all daily operations of the facility, including bowling, arcade, food & beverage, and events
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable department managers and team members
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to build a strong, reliable team
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak times
- Maintain a high level of guest service by actively engaging with guests and resolving issues quickly
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including daily sales, labor costs, and overall profitability
- Review P&L statements and implement strategies to improve revenue and control expenses
- Drive local marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement to increase traffic and sales
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating at a high standard at all times
- Oversee food and beverage operations, including quality control, inventory, and cost management
- Manage inventory levels and ordering for all departments to minimize waste and shortages
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- Work closely with maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and downtime is minimized
- Lead regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Handle escalated guest concerns and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Track key performance metrics and adjust operations as needed to meet business goals
- Support and grow event and group sales (birthdays, corporate events, leagues, etc.)
- Be present on the floor during high-volume times, leading by example
The General Manager at Fast Lane Entertainment is responsible for leading the overall operation of our facility, including team leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and day-to-day execution. This role is the key driver of our business—ensuring every guest has a great experience while the team operates efficiently and the business continues to grow.
Fast Lane is a high-energy, family entertainment center with bowling, arcade, food & beverage, and events. The GM plays a critical role in bringing all of these pieces together, creating a strong culture, holding the team accountable, and delivering consistent results.
This position is important because the GM sets the tone for the entire operation. From staffing and training to revenue growth and customer satisfaction, this role directly impacts our success and reputation in the community.
