Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager – HVAC position include:
- Leading from the front by working hands-on in the field during the initial months to understand operations and support technicians
- Overseeing daily business operations to optimize efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Managing financial performance including budgets, pricing strategies, cost controls, and P&L oversight
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing technicians, sales staff, and office personnel
- Driving sales performance, dispatch efficiency, and overall customer experience initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HVAC regulations, permits, safety standards, and employment laws
- Developing and executing strategic growth initiatives to expand market presence and revenue
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
