The General Manager is the senior on-site leader responsible for the full operational, financial, and cultural performance of the restaurant. Reporting directly to Ownership, the General Manager is entrusted with broad decision-making authority and operational latitude to run the business as a complete destination not just a dining room.
This role oversees a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant operation while also leading entertainment programming, live events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives that drive traffic, brand loyalty, and community engagement. The General Manager is accountable for delivering exceptional food quality, elevated service standards, profitable operations, and memorable guest experiences balancing structure with creativity.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader and strategic operator who can build strong management teams, maintain systems and controls, and innovate within an owner-aligned vision. This role requires comfort managing complexity, autonomy in execution, and the ability to scale both hospitality and entertainment offerings in a dynamic environment.
