General Manager

The MilkShake Factory is coming to Fort Collins! We re looking for a General Manager to help launch and lead our Old Town location from day one. This is a hands-on role where you ll lead the team, set the tone, and create a place guests love coming back to. If you enjoy developing people, running a strong operation, and being part of something new, this is a great opportunity to grow with us ensuring every guest visit is SWEET, from the first hello to the final sip.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day operations including service, product quality, cleanliness, and execution.
  
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-first culture.
  
• Deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience every day.
  
• Drive sales through upselling, merchandising, and team engagement.
  
• Manage labor, inventory, and costs to hit performance goals.
  
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily workflows.
  
• Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are met.
  

What We're Looking For

• College degree strongly preferred (or equivalent experience).
  
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or guest facing sales.
  
• Strong leadership with a leader, not boss mindset.
  
• Ability to build teams, coach others, and drive results.
  
• Organized, dependable, and solutions focused.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn POS and scheduling systems.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
