Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations at VIDORRA. This individual will embody the brand's energy and culture, drive operational excellence, and foster a high-performance team environment. As the face of VIDORRA, you will ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience while meeting revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture
- Lead and inspire the management team and hourly staff.
- Uphold and promote the Milkshake Concepts and VIDORRA brand standards.
- Foster a vibrant, guest-first, and inclusive culture.
- Operations & Execution
- Oversee all daily operations including FOH & BOH.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance.
- Financial Performance
- Drive restaurant sales and profitability.
- Manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, and other key performance indicators.
- Implement cost-control strategies and drive revenue-generating initiatives.
- Guest Experience
- Maintain exceptional service standards and address guest concerns promptly.
- Cultivate a hospitality-driven environment that drives repeat business.
- Talent Management
- Hire, train, schedule, and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
- Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering internal growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants (Mexican cuisine experience preferred).
- Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering strong financial results.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices.
- Passion for food, beverage, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
