Salary Range: $132,000 - $183,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and delivery targets are met.
• Manage the site's profit and loss (P&L), developing and executing strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with overall company goals and market demands.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and corporate leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership and management in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with direct P&L responsibility and budget management.
• Strong background in operational excellence, continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and process optimization.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced automation
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in relevant global business languages
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
