Sachet is looking for a dynamic general manager with upscale experience to oversee all aspects of the restaurant.
Everything is made from scratch, including breads, stocks, pasta, sausages, ice creams, sorbets, etc, with a strong emphasis on seasonality, when ingredients are at their peak. Our team emphasizes efficiency and cleanliness along with the desire to learn and grow.
Candidates must have a strong sense of dedication and commitment. We all share a whatever it takes attitude- and understand it takes teamwork to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.

Ideal candidates will be front of house focused, have strong decision-making skills and experience working with a diverse high end clientele; individuals who understand basic bar, wine and restaurant dynamics.
The right candidate will have restaurant management experience, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to always improve and grow personally and professionally. You must be able to lead and delegate while also fully supporting the team. You must be willing to do any job in the restaurant when the time comes and it is needed.
