ESCO Dallas Restaurant & Tapas is hiring a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain control of the staff, hospitality, and the overall guest experience inside the space.
This position requires someone who can lead the team, enforce standards, and run the floor with authority. The GM must be able to manage staff performance, maintain professionalism during service, and ensure guests receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and direct front-of-house staff during service
Enforce workplace standards, policies, and professionalism
Maintain strong hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ensure smooth daily operations and team accountability
Requirements
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Ability to control service flow and maintain standards
Position Details
Part-time
$17/hour (non-negotiable)
This role is for someone who understands hospitality leadership and can manage staff while protecting the guest experience inside the space.
