Base Salary: $180K – $210K + Incentive

A newly reimagined, design-forward boutique hotel in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking a proven General Manager to lead all aspects of operations, culture, and financial performance.

This is a high-impact leadership role at a historic property that has been thoughtfully redeveloped into a modern, community-integrated hotel. The property blends strong brand backing with an independent operating style, anchored by a dynamic food and beverage program and a highly local guest experience. The ideal candidate brings boutique or lifestyle hotel experience, strong F&B acumen, and the ability to serve as both operational leader and market-facing ambassador.

What It Takes to Thrive Here:

• 3+ years as a General Manager in a full-service or lifestyle hotel environment
• Experience leading independent, boutique, or lifestyle properties preferred
• Strong F&B acumen, with experience overseeing restaurant and bar operations as core business drivers
• Proven ability to manage P&L, drive revenue, and deliver consistent financial performance
• Demonstrated success building local relationships and representing the property within the community
• Hands-on, visible leadership style with a focus on culture, team development, and accountability
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
