Position: General Manager

Who We're Looking For: We're seeking an enthusiastic, experienced leader to manage our café operations. If you have a passion for excellent service, a commitment to culinary quality, and proven skills in managing successful restaurant teams, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for every guest.
• Work proactively and is committed to delivering high quality work and upholding the company’s standards of excellence
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with health standards.
• Foster a positive work environment, developing team members through training and mentorship, and in the moment coaching.
• Manage inventory, budgets, financial records, and strategic goals.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with warmth and professionalism.
• Work hands-on across all café roles as needed, demonstrating expertise and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Managing Partner in polished casual, fast casual, or upscale dining.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and operations.
• Experience leading teams in a scratch kitchen environment.
• Ability in line cooking, espresso preparation, allergen management, expediting 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail
