QUALIFICATIONS

 

●      Must be 21 years or older.

●      Must pass all required background checks.

●      Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.

●      Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

●      Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations.

●      Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 40 pounds (80 pounds with assistance). This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Culture

●      Lead the entire team by modeling professionalism, accountability, and legendary customer service.

●      Develop and communicate clear goals, expectations, and standards that align with the company mission.

●      Build a positive workplace culture that emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration, and compliance.

 

Financial Oversight & P/L Management

●      Own full responsibility for the store’s Profit & Loss statement, ensuring revenue, labor, and expense targets are met or exceeded.

●      Analyze financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present findings to ownership and implement corrective actions when needed.

●      Manage payroll hours and budgets, ensuring labor allocation aligns with sales demand and compliance requirements.

 

Compliance & Risk Management

●      Ensure 100% adherence to state, local, and federal cannabis regulations, as well as company SOPs.

●      Oversee audits, inspections, and reporting to regulatory agencies.

●      Implement systems to proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.

 

Operations & Customer Experience

●      Supervise all store functions including sales, cash management, inventory, and security.

●      Ensure efficient workflows for receiving, stocking, point-of-sale, and customer flow management.

●      Continuously improve the customer journey by integrating feedback, training staff, and setting high service standards.

●      Champion the “legendary customer service” philosophy, ensuring every guest receives a professional, welcoming, and compliant experience.

 

Team Development & Coaching

●      Recruit, train, and develop department leaders at all levels of the operation.

●      Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.

●      Identify leadership potential within the team and create advancement pathways through the Employee Development Plan.

●      Ensure completion of all training modules across the team and hold staff accountable to development milestones.

 

Collaboration & Communication

●      Partner with ownership to set long-term goals, expansion opportunities, and investment priorities.

●      Act as the communication bridge between ownership, managers, and frontline staff.
