Pay: Earn $22.00/HR - $23.00/HR to start with an increase after the probationary period.
Schedule: Day and Swing shifts are available, shifts may vary.

Location: Deming, WA
Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Ability to respond to a variety of routine tasks as well as emergencies concerning electrical, septic, plumbing, or other issues
-Running a snowplow in inclement weather
-Handling of hazardous materials
-Collaborate with maintenance lead on projects
-Operating large equipment (tractor and attachments, etc.)
-Complete work requests and maintenance need as instructed promptly
-Takes initiative when problems/issues arise
-Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
-Perform building maintenance activities such as framing, roofing, dry walling, painting, and installation of flooring materials
Requirements and Experience Necessary:
-Valid Washington State Driver's License
-High School Diploma
-General maintenance experience
-First Aid and CPR certifications (or willing to get it)
-Interpersonal skills
-Able to work varied hours, nights, and weekends
-Availability for callback duty as needed
-Recent experience lifting 50 lbs.
