We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our bakery production team. This role is ideal for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Pay Rate: $17.01-$18.01 per hour
Shift: 1st

Duties:
- Arrive on time and maintain excellent attendance.
- Follow all client, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Report any out-of-spec findings to leads or supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Requisition and move materials as needed.
- Operate production equipment such as case erectors, case packers, and case sealers.
- Hand-pack bagged products and verify product and packaging integrity.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Position Requirements:
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
- Capable of working in temperature environments ranging from 30°F to 176°F (where applicable).
- Ability to stand for up to 13 hours.
- Comfortable with sustained physical activity, including:
- Frequent walking
- Bending and reaching
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.01 - $18.01 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
