General Labor

Job Title: Production Laborer – Manufacturing 
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Shift:Day Shift | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Thursday

We’re hiring Production Laborers to help manufacture environmental and erosion control products. This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced production environment. 

Job Duties:

• Operate production equipment and machinery

• Load/unload large materials (not extremely heavy, but bulky)

• Perform basic equipment checks and cleanup

• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements

• Work with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience with hand tools a plus

• Able to lift up to 50–100 lbs

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and in high dust areas

• Reliable attendance and flexible with hours, nights or weekends may be required
