General Foreman - High End Residential Interior Construction - Base Salary to 85k/year - Pittsburgh, PA 

• Our client is a GC specializing in fine craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Since 1989 they have dedicated themselves to creating flawless spaces that exceed their clients’ expectations in every detail.
  
• The General Foreman will be on-site managing the construction of high-end interior build-outs, additions, and historical renovation projects on comprehensive luxury projects in the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lay out additions to existing properties.
  
• Oversee day-to-day carpentry operations and coordinate work crews across multiple trades.
  
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to plan and sequence work effectively.
  
• Ensure highest quality craftsmanship for interior and exterior elements.
  
• Manage and schedule material orders, and deliveries.
  
• Schedule and plan construction progress to stay ahead of schedule and on time.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve design or construction issues

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of carpentry and high-end residential construction experience.
  
• Experience with luxury interior construction, additions, and historical renovations highly preferred.
  
• Extensive lead and master carpentry experience.
  
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 85k/year.
  
• Company vehicle offered after initial trial period.
