Provider Team:

· 7 MDs, 4 APPs

Office Locations:

· Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Anna & Prosper TX

· No requirement to work at all locations

On Call:

· 1 in 8 (new hire included)

· No general ER call

2 Affiliated Hospitals in Frisco:

· Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial

· Texas Health Resources Hospital
