General Counsel

We have an exciting new in-house opportunity for a junior attorney (5–7 years of experience) to step into the role of General Counsel at an established and highly-regarded mid-size general contractor. Ideal candidates will have commercial litigation and contract negotiation experience, with prior construction law experience strongly preferred.

About the company and role:

• Handles light industrial, office, and medical construction projects across the southeastern U.S.

• The role is onsite 5 days a week in Duluth, Georgia.

• You will be supported by an onsite paralegal.

• Salary: $120K–$135K depending on experience, plus a discretionary year-end bonus
