Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembler I candidates to join our team in Zelienople, PA. This is a great entry-level opportunity—no prior experience required, and training will be provided. Candidates with basic knowledge of hand tools are encouraged to apply.
General Assembler Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17.00/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
General Assembler Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
General Assembler Responsibilities
· Perform a variety of tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
· Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
· Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established specifications
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality and safety guidelines
· Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
· Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
General Assembler Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (not required)
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications
- Basic math skills required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Flexibility to work extended hours if needed
General Assembler Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
