About our Company: Honor Hardware and Building Supply is a family-owned retail Lumber, Hardware, and Home Center with two locations in Honor, established in 1963, and Onekama, Michigan, established in 1998. We are dedicated to helping our customers kick off their projects with high-quality tools, top-notch products, and expert advice from our knowledgeable team. Built on the principles of "Service, Knowledge, and Integrity," we strive to create a family-oriented environment for both our staff and customers.
We are always on the look out for fun, energetic, customer service oriented people to join our team. We may not have any current openings but will make room for the right candidate. We look for a great attitude, we can train the rest. The positions we may have available are
Customer Service. Help customers in the store select materials to complete their projects. Cash handling, stocking, cleaning and organizing the store will also be expected. Start at $15/hr or more depending on prior experience
Yard worker/Load Builder. Help customers select and load building materials in our outdoor lumberyard. Also build loads to load on our trucks for delivery to customers' jobs site. Use of fork lift is expected, we provide training. Start at $15/hr or more depending on prior experience.
Truck Driver Load building materials deliver them to customers' jobsite. CDL/B required Start at $18/hour or more depending on experience
Hours available are Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, no Saturdays or Sundays. Hours are flexible.
