GenAI Data Scientist

Introduction

The role supports GenAI initiatives through advanced analytics, model evaluation, and data exploration. This position involves working with large and complex datasets to inform model behavior, performance, and business impact, partnering closely with engineering and product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning libraries
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation at scale
• Experience with model evaluation and experimentation
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Create analytical outputs and visualizations for stakeholders
