Key Responsibilities
1. AI Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems)
- Design scalable AI platforms on AWS / Azure / GCP
- Build APIs, microservices, and AI pipelines integrated with enterprise systems
2. GenAI / LLM Engineering
- Develop and deploy:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt engineering strategies
- Fine-tuning (LoRA, RLHF, SFT)
- Work with models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA
3. Agentic AI & Frameworks
- Build multi-agent workflows using:
- LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI
- Design orchestration, memory systems, and agent collaboration patterns
4. Cloud & MLOps / LLMOps
- Implement LLMOps pipelines
- Deploy models using:
- AWS Bedrock / Azure OpenAI / Vertex AI
- Ensure monitoring, observability, and governance
5. Leadership & Strategy
- Define GenAI architecture roadmap
- Work with stakeholders (CxO, product, business teams)
- Lead PoCs, client demos, and AI transformation initiatives
Required Skills
Technical
- Strong in Python, APIs, microservices
- AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
- Deep understanding of:
- NLP / NLU
- LLMs & embeddings
- Vector databases
- Experience with:
- RAG architectures
