We're looking for a Lead Installer to join our Round Rock-based team. This is not just a job—it's a leadership role with room to grow and a team that will support your success.

 What You'll Do:

• Lead by example with the installation of two (2) garage doors per day, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and on job sites

• Document all work with notes, photos, and diagrams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Train and support new team members as needed

• Proactively identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services to customers

• Foster a professional, respectful, and team-first environment

• Start your day Monday–Friday at 7:00 AM, working until completion

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience installing residential garage doors

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR

• Experience in commercial garage door systems a plus (rolling steel, sectional, fire doors, etc.)

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders

• Mechanical aptitude and confidence with technical problem solving

• Commitment to safety, following OSHA protocols and company best practices

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using ServiceTitan and tablets for work orders and documentation

• Availability to work Saturdays as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
