We're looking for a Lead Installer to join our Round Rock-based team. This is not just a job—it's a leadership role with room to grow and a team that will support your success.
What You'll Do:
Lead by example with the installation of two (2) garage doors per day, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and on job sites
Document all work with notes, photos, and diagrams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Train and support new team members as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services to customers
Foster a professional, respectful, and team-first environment
Start your day Monday–Friday at 7:00 AM, working until completion
What You Bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience installing residential garage doors
Valid driver's license with clean MVR
Experience in commercial garage door systems a plus (rolling steel, sectional, fire doors, etc.)
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders
Mechanical aptitude and confidence with technical problem solving
Commitment to safety, following OSHA protocols and company best practices
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using ServiceTitan and tablets for work orders and documentation
Availability to work Saturdays as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
