Shuffles Gaming Lounge is currently hiring motivated, customer focused team members to join our growing locations in Hanover Park and Schaumburg. We are a gaming lounge first, providing a welcoming, professional, and high energy environment for our guests.

We are seeking reliable individuals who can start as soon as possible and thrive in a fast paced hospitality setting.

Positions Available

• Gaming Attendant & Bartender
  
• Full time and part time opportunities available.
  

Pay

• 15$/hr plus tips
  
• Keep 100 percent of your tips
  

Shifts

• Flexible scheduling between 9 AM and 1 AM
  
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred
  

Responsibilities

Gaming Attendant

• Greet and assist guests on the gaming floor
  
• Help guests understand machine operations
  
• Maintain a clean and professional gaming environment
  
• Monitor gaming areas and support responsible gaming practices
  
• Follow company standards and operational procedures
  

Bartender

• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly
  
• Deliver excellent customer service
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
  
• Verify identification and comply with liquor regulations
  
• Follow company standards and operational procedure
  

Requirements

• Valid work authorization in the United States
  
• Must be 21 years or older
  
• Illinois BASSET certification preferred
  
• Strong customer service skills
  
• Ability to work adhering to company work standards
