- Conducting funeral and memorial ceremonies with professionalism and care
- Managing various tasks with respect, including removals, embalming, dressing, and casketing
- Overseeing interment or cremation processes
- Managing legal paperwork and assisting with prearranged funeral arrangements
- Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
- Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and excellent communication
- Maintaining a meticulous approach and the ability to manage multiple families simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as per schedule
- Possessing a clean driving record
