Position Overview
Fund Services Analysts support the day-to-day servicing and operational integrity of investment funds by coordinating fund administration, accounting, valuation, and reporting processes. The role blends operational execution, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication to ensure funds operate smoothly and in compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
These roles often involve close collaboration with fund administrators, accounting teams, custodians, legal and compliance teams, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily, monthly, and quarterly fund servicing activities, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and fund accounting processes
Coordinate with external fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and service providers
Review and validate fund reports, capital activity, and investor statements for accuracy and completeness
Assist with cash management, expense tracking, and fee calculations
Support valuation processes and ensure timely and accurate pricing of fund assets
Maintain fund data across internal systems and reporting platforms
Assist with investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and transfer activity
Support audit, tax, and regulatory reporting processes by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
Monitor operational workflows and identify process improvements or control enhancements
Prepare internal dashboards and periodic reports for operations and senior management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Understanding of investment fund operations, fund accounting, and servicing models
Experience or coursework in fund administration, operations, or accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with fund accounting systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a process-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
Strong interest in asset management operations and fund servicing
