Position Overview
Fund Operations Analysts support investment and fund teams by managing fund-level processes, ensuring operational accuracy, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. The role blends analytical skills, attention to detail, and process management in a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor fund operations, including cash movements, capital calls, and distributions
Support the preparation of investor statements, fund-level reporting, and compliance documentation
Reconcile fund accounting data and ensure accuracy across portfolio and fund records
Assist in tracking commitments, capital deployment, and liquidity positions
Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for fund performance insights
Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, administrators, and auditors
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports for senior management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment fund structures, fund accounting, and reporting processes
Experience or coursework in fund administration, accounting, or operations (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial systems, SQL, or VBA is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
