Job Description:
Join our team in Lake Forest, IL, as a full-time Functional Applications Analyst.
You'll be integral to our global applications infrastructure, working closely with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.
This role requires expertise in enterprise resource planning systems and business process management.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot daily issues as Level 1 support.
Evaluate and challenge proposed solutions and business requests.
Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into functional requirements.
Lead or contribute to solution design across multiple applications.
Maintain and support the application landscape.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Quick learner with strong analytical skills and an interest in innovative IT solutions.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of business processes such as Trade, Production, Supply Chain, or Finance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Economics.
